Use this powerful tool to read/view/extract, modify/edit or transfer/clone immo data (VIN, POWER CLASS, CS / Component Security , MAC values).
Supported vehicle brands: Audi, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen (VW)
Tested ECUs: Continental Simos 18.1, Simos 18.2, Simos 18.3, Simos 18.6, Simos 18.10 without SHE (Secure Extension Hardware).
It should work on any Continental Simos(18.x) family of ECUs (without SHE) commonly found in the MQB platform of VW, Skoda, Seat, Audi cars etc.
WARNING: Be sure your input/files are correct! In case of cloning (transfering VIN/POWER CLASS/CS/MAC) to a donor ECU be sure the units are 100% compatible otherwise it won't work! ECU config/coding will NOT be transfered to new/donor ECU.

Is it possible to decode and change power class?
Yes! It is possible to decode and change VIN, Power Class, MAC and CS.
How to separate Cluster MAC and ECU MAC?
First 4 chars of the MAC = Cluster MAC last 4 chars = ECU MAC. For example: 1B2C3D4F, MAC CLUSTER = 1B2C, MAC ECU = 3D4F
How to add keys?
Can you make keys from this data?
No, "real" CS (CS12) for Keys are stored only in Dashboard/Cluster. Cluster like PQ it might ask for CS12+PIN to adapt new keys, however this is the PIN of the cluster which is not present in IMMO5/IMMO6 ECUs. For keys you need to read the immo of the cluster and from there you can find CS12+PIN.
How to get CS12?
Can I get CS12 from ECU?
No, in ECU you can get CS16 only. CS12 is stored in the cluster.
How to obtain PINcode?

No, There is no PIN in Simos18
